Under One Roof
Approvals & Sanctioning
Sanction-ready drawings and coordinated building approvals — so the paperwork never becomes your problem.
For most clients — and especially for farmhouses and land near Pune — approvals are the hardest part of building, not the design. As a COA-registered practice, we prepare and sign your sanction-ready drawings and keep the entire drawing pipeline moving in step with your design.
The result: design and approvals advance together, and you have one team accountable for both.
What’s included
Sanction-ready drawings
Prepared and signed by our COA-registered architect, ready for submission to the relevant authority.
Authority coordination
We keep the file moving with the sanctioning body — PMC, PCMC, PMRDA, or gram panchayat, as applicable.
NA & land guidance
Practical guidance on NA (non-agricultural) status and buildability — so you design on land you can actually build on.
One team, in step
Approvals move alongside the design, not after it — no lost weeks handing off between disconnected parties.
How liaisoning works
Clear, honest, and on your terms
The liaisoning itself is handled by our associate agencies. They bill you separately, and the agency and its charges vary by location and sanctioning authority.
We fully support that agency with every drawing, revision, and document they need to get your file cleared — quickly and without back-and-forth.
Prefer to appoint your own liaisoning agent? You're completely free to — and we'll support them just as fully. Either way, you deal with one design team and the approvals move in lockstep with the design.
One honest note: approval timelines depend on the authority, not on us — so we won't promise dates we don't control. What we do promise is that drawings are never the thing holding up your file.
